That starter is spinning just fine, I don't believe there's any excess load to the starter.
Lights would dim, but not go on and off entirely at the dash(as if turned off)..
The entire dash going dead, on and off occasionally is one of your issues.
As stated earlier, try a spritz of starting fluid while cranking down the TBs, see if it lights off immediately.
We need to start narrowing down the issue, fuel, spark, compression, etc.
