Hi all

Picked up my 2005 FZ6 two weeks ago. Black and silver with black wheels. Its a 2007 model here in SA.

Have only ever owned 200cc singles before this. Love this bike to bits, and have found tons of info on this site.

Lowered the front about 2 inches and adjusted the rear to a softer setting. Otherwise she is stock. Use the bike daily to work and back home, but can't wait to take her on the open road.

If you lower the front there will be steering issues. You should feel a lot of difference with turn in. It may not be an issue putting around town but it will be at greater speeds in the turns. Try to research lowering the rear an equal amount.

Your bike looks great with the black rims:thumbup: I cant remember if I've seen an S1 with them.
