[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjsUzI_BtGk"]YouTube - SLIPKNOT - Psychosocial[/ame] After watching that Daft Punk vid that was posted earlier,I got to surfing you tube for somemore crazy vidioes and came across this jewel!! I think it ROCKS SUPER HARD!

Cool vid, but the song is a little lacking compared to most of their work. Wait and bleed, before I forget, and dead memories have to be in my top 10. The other 7 are a combo of disturbed, Jim Croce, and Elvis. At least I have a specific taste.

meh, kinda juvi if you ask me.

Slipknot's good and I'm going to see them in madison at the end of the month but it's still not heavy enough, and it is kind of kiddie metal. Now this is what I listen to most of the time.

My musical tastes tend to run to Sting, Steely Dan, funk, jazz and some Zappa; but there's something about Slipknot that makes me enjoy watching them.
Looks like they've slimmed the band down a bit, didn't they used to be a 9-piece (if you can call beating on beer kegs "percussion")? And those vocal harmonies, wtf did they come from??
The guitarist and drummer are still incredibly skilled for this type of music.
