Spuddering and Stalling?

I have an 05 FZ6 with 13k on it. It would lose power when I would up shift into 6th, now it does it in all gears. Sometimes it stalls out completely. We pulled the fuel pump and cleaned the pre-filter but it still does it and now I have a major leak from the pump. A new pump is $400 and I am not sure that is the problem. Any suggestions?

Also are you familer with the TPS? throttle position sensor?

It only takes a few minutes for a puddle to accumulate on the ground. No we tried to reuse the old one. I am sure that is why its leaking. I had a Buell that required a TPS reset every so often but I was unaware the FZ had a TPS?

You may need to replace it.

O rings are not that bad price wise. I bought mine from forsyth moto. Bruce is a sponsor on here and really good to deal with.

Gonna pull it apart and try one more time to get it seated right. I see there was a recall on the TPS sensor for 05s?
