Status of rear "running lights" on FZ6?

I've been waiting, but no one has mentioned Priority Plus, a module that combines running lights, turn signals, and flashing brake lights using your existing rear turn signals. And, yes, in many states, it may be illegal to run non-red rear running lights, but I've run them for several years without any LEO problems. I've also gotten many compliments from fellow FZ6 riders regarding how it improves rear visibility.

I have one of these that I bought from another member here, but have never installed it. I could be convinced to part with it for $20 including shipping to CONUS
