I know they make a one way bleeder for bleeding car brakes, wonder if it would work on our bikes.

You can get one-way bleeders for a bike, they're called "speed bleeders."

As for the original poster: I couldn't agree more.

I use speed bleeders on my car, to facilitate one person brake fluid flushing, but on the motorcycle, I simply see no need for them. My arms are long enough to hold a wrench on the bleeder valve and also operate the brake lever.
