I have some issues with water / weather damage on the rear sub frame. In order to make sure it doesn't become a really bad issue I decided to purchase some touch up paint from http://stores.ebay.ie/BIKECOLOURS?_trksid=p4340.l2563
I wasn't sure what colour to get so I sent a quick e-mail. They responded very quickly.
I am very impressed with the colour match. I need to give it a sand and apply another coat.
Very impressed with the product and the service.

Nelly,

If you don't mind me asking, what paint did you get from that eBay seller?

The rear sub frame on my bike is in a very similar condition to yours and I've been thinking about sanding the affected area down and respraying it, but wasn't sure about being able to get the correct paint.

I have tried the langka system w/c I bought from autogeek. It worked great and easy, but quite expensive compared with your approach and technique, thanks for sharing your experience by the way...
