Question Touch Up Paint

So I am seeing plenty of red paint touch up kits for my red 2006 paint code DRMK.

I'm looking for any first hand experiences on brands yinz have used.

The paint on your bike is likely faded from years of UV exposure. I’d bring the bike to a local automotive paint supply shop and ask them to make a pint of color matched paint. It’s the most accurate way to get a good finish repair.

A local shop matched the paint on the tank of my DRZ tank so I could shoot the sides, fenders and touch up the tank. It came out perfect.

I think that code number is their own, the Yamaha code most sellers are using for that red is 0918.
Depends how big and how deep the scratches are that you want to touch up. And, as Gary said, how faded your paint is.
I had very light scratches, and my bike has been stored indoors, so not too faded.
I just wanted a single coat solution, whereas for deeper stuff you might want the 3 part kit that includes primer and clear coat.
There are a bunch of sellers out of Lithuania and Poland selling small bottles of single coat type on ebay, with combo pen tip and brush. I got from fixypaint and found it was a good enough match (for the blue), bottle said it was made in Germany:

thanks all. in some places i might need to even sand, pudy, sand, prime, and paint. this has been stored indoors for majority of its life but i dont have any reference for amount of faiding. this will definitely be a slow and low priority project but ill keep yinz posted ! XD but i do love the recommendations, i never thought about matching paint, keep em coming.
