In all fairness, I wasn't expecting the FZ6 to be as "good" as my Beemer. I just wanted it to be "good enough" that I could feel happy foregoing the higher monthly payment and maintenance costs and be happy with my choice. But it wasn't to be.

I'd still recommend the Fizzer to anyone looking for a bike in that price range, though.

Back discomfort is your riding stance and/or weak back.

There may be some truth to this as I have had two back surgeries. I looked for two years before falling in love with the Fazer. It's the ONLY bike I've found that I can ride with no back pain whatsoever. A full day in the saddle causes me no grief at all. Good luck to you.
