Thanks, yes they are, and the slick thing is that you can remove the whole contraption in 10 seconds with no tools.

Can this rack fit H&B side box?

The Ventura rack can be utilized in conjunction with a HB side box, but it can't be used to mount the HB cases. Also, I do not believe HB makes a side rack for the FZ6.
