so who all is from michigan?? i know there are a few of us active yet!

i know i saw a holland poster, and i know there used to be a couple in the kalamazoo area, but that has been awhile.

i am from southwest michigan near south haven, or straigt to the lake from kalamazoo. i am about 15 miles off the lake..

we may have to do a mini meet! i will be on my wing, but the wife will be on the fz.

Yah I used to know two other guys from here and both were over by you and had red bikes ! I spent an afternoon with one and did my iron butt with the other. I saw someone from Holland post in another thread but don't see them here yet.

I've spent quite a few weekends at Gingerman and about 7 hrs in the ER at the South Haven Community Hospital one evening. Close, and love the area!

On this note - anyone interested in track days this season? I'm planning on doing a couple but haven't signed up yet, we have a (not great) track east of Cleveland, and then there's Mid Ohio - I figure there's probably something good in Michigan but you guys know best!

All I know of is Gingerman raceway near me. If you guys went I would try to come watch. I don't think my 1500 wing would do so well. Besides wife won't let me on a track without full leathers and I don't need to krill that many cows! Although it would be funny to watch! Kinda like a circus bear in a bicycle !

Your wing would be more than welcome in novice days, and raceways usually have leathers for rent for $50 or so. Fox Powersports Kentwood is planning on doing a track day at both Gingerman and Grattan this year (I did the grattan one and it was AMAZING).

Their track days are usually $50.
