I spent a fair bit of time writing up a post for the 'how to' section regarding accessing broken links to old forum posts. I didn't have time to finish so I wanted to save it to finish later.
I could have copied and pasted it somewhere off-site but I saw the 'save draft' button so I used it.
Now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Where are they saved when you use the save option?
When I go back to that section and click on the floppy symbol, there is only an option to 'save draft' or 'delete draft' but nothing about restoring a saved draft. Where did it go?

I've just tried doing this and think I've found where it will be.

Go to the How To section and click on Post Thread again and it should be there.

That's where I thought it should be too. But it does not show up there.
Oddly, under the floppy disc symbol, there is an option to 'delete draft' even though there is no draft showing.

Ah, I just remembered something.

At the top of the How To area, there was my Avatar and No Prefix, followed by Thread Title

When I clicked on that, it expanded to show "You have a saved draft, click here to load it", then it appeared when I hit Post Thread.

Yeah, nothing there. I searched and found some xenforo forums supposedly have a 24hr limit on drafts, which would be absolutely ridiculous, but who knows.
If you just saved that recently, can you see if it holds awhile?
I suppose it could also have been a glitch and mine just did not save.

Yes, I have that, but when I click it does not give the "You have a saved draft, click here to load it".

I made another test draft, and I do see the saved draft on that one. I will see if it has a time limit on it.

And my test draft that I could access yesterday has now also vanished.
So the 24hr. limit on drafts is indeed true. That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever run into on a forum. It would be better if the draft function was just disabled. I don't have enough foul language in my repertoire so I will just refrain.

Regarding broken links, there was a thread on here about it in the past. I posted in there with instructions on how to access them:

Ok, that's weird, because mine appears to still be showing.

I haven't clicked on it, just in case that resets the clock, but it seems odd.
