how to fix foot pegs

hey guys, can some one help me with mine problem, on left side of mine fz, foot peg is twisted since i hit the flor in garage, its there any solution how to settle it, without hard hitting, since am new in yamaha bikes word)

all tips are more then welcome, and am thankfull

Im suprised that it actually bent that far without breaking anything...but you might be sol on that being aluminium if you tried to bend it back it more then likely would break, if you have a small torch you might be able to heat slowly and bend it back but if you try just really take your time doing it, I would look for another part though

yea i check again, part is not bent at all!! the problem is where is it fixed to frame, that part where i have to fix it on frame, doesnt have right angle anymore, well i made some progress i located where the problem is)))

hope for more tips

The footpeg bracket is a solid piece of aluminium, almost impossible to repair.

If you snap one of the mounts you'll have to replace it.

What is possible is wedging bits in against the loose footpeg, and glue them in place, or something, to try keep them level.

EDIT: But you're talking about the BACK footpeg on the subframe?

I'd replace the bent piece. It's probably lost a good bit of strength already and if it doesn't break bending it back, I wouldn't trust putting anyone's body weight on it.

so i put one more pic on,

so this part is bent, and am scare to use much force too put it back, aluminium part is not bent at all,and yea its part of frame,
it just doenst have right angle anymore, but if i break it i have bigger problem then i have now

yea am talking about subframe, footpeg doenst have any angle anymore, its just straith if i compare it to subframe, it know that probably there s no other solution then to use some force to put it back, but am just not sure how much power can be used here, since i dont wanna do even more damage on bike

aluminium part is fine, not bent at all

Find out if the sub frame is steel or aluminum. Use a magnet and try to stick it to the metal of the frame, where the peg assembly bolts on. Aluminum cracks very easy. Steel can be bent back.
