Unknown loose connector

Hi,

I have a connector loose with seemingly no female connector for it to be plugged in. It's on the left side of the back fairing, with 4 black/green wires coming to it.

Based on the wiring diagram looks like it should have something to do with front high/low beams. Now, I did have MT-03 headlight fitted which is working, but maybe it was fitted bypassing this connector. Anyway, I might be wrong, so please help me identify this...

Are the high low beams working?

The low beam is working, the high beam was working before, I'm sure it works, but apparently you have to start the bike for it to work, which I for various reasons cannot do at the moment..

Expanding on this, do you have to start the bike for licence plate and tail brake lights to work?

No they should work with the key in the on position
