Need Help HID identification and resolution

New owner of a 2006 Fz6 maybe an S? Im still trying to figure out the exact model. Anyway it came with a HID kit already installed but turning on the high beam I am not seeing the left bulb(if im looking at the front) turn on. I have tried to test this with the engine running. Previous owner seemed to think it could be a loose connection.

Mainly I am wondering if anyone can identify this system and point me in the direction of some literature to properly evaluate the issue.

There are also LED turn signals that aren't working as expected and center tail light witch does have the left turn repeater functioning but i may make a separate post about all that later. im hoping I can fix these issue on my own but the HID system is pretty alien to me.

Morimoto is a popular brand I've seen installed over the years. The high beam function on HID lamps is a mechanical shutter that is actuated by a solenoid in the lamp assembly. The lamp has a gas that needs to be started with a high voltage pulse. That high voltage is regulated by ballast within The HID lamp or possibly a set time after each time voltage is applied to HID transformers. You may have a bad lamp or transformer. Keep in mind That there will be high voltage present at some point in that system that you don't want your multimeter or yourself exposed to. Documentation although limited may help in trouble shooting.

I don't know if your headlamp housing has been modified so when you go back to OEM you may need this adapter. # 5 on this part fiche.
