3 FZ6s on a ride... pics + video

You guys looked nice and smooth David, looks like a great way to get back into the groove again. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I got right on the line there @2:00. In my defense, the winds were gusting quite a bit going over the ridge and we were riding well within safe limits for the road conditions.

But I agree, it looks bad!

I wasn't going to say anything but my wife was watching too and pointed it out. She digs on me on the occasion I hit the line too. Yes, she rides and has her thumper cranking behind me most days.

It wasn't THAT bad but she wanted me to poke some fun at you guys. I just wish I was there to participate cause it sure looks like a damned good time!

With my love of bikes, I'm convinced I'm living on the wrong coast! :D

Come out here for a little vacation, but avoid all of the usual tourist destinations (well, maybe see Catalina Island, great kayak spots!) You can rent sportbikes locally and we'll give you a tour of many awesome roads within 50 miles of downtown Los Angeles.

Or I can just lend you my R1 for the day....

Not yet, but hopefully we`ll go soon... I hear it`s quite a technical mountain to ride...

Do you guys go every once in a while?

I have ALMOST been to Palomar. We were heading up there the day before it caught on fire. We didn't actually make it though. There were gusts of wind @ 100MPH and getting sand blasted. I was way uncomfortable and too scared to continue (the ninja is terrible in the wind), so we just went back home.
