Added '06 side covers to my '07

Ordered up some solid red side covers from the '06 model and popped them on my '07. Balances the red front to back now. The black ones with the cheesy red sticker that came stock just did not cut it. Before and after pic:

either powersedge.com or powerpartsplus.com One of them is in Michigan, one of them is in Texas. The side covers came from Michigan for $105 shipped. The lower fairing came from Texas for $235 shipped.

Thought I had read in one of the '07 review articles that the bike's plasticwork was now painted for '07, and not just colored-through plastic as on the earlier bikes. Am I mistaken about this?

Hey Botch,
I found out the hard way that my 06 is painted on the plastics as well. I guess if you don't lay your bike down you will never notice

Just ordered the '06 covers for my Blue 07'. I also got the "FZ6" decals that go on the top of the covers. Jeff, did you also get the FZ6 stickers as well?!? I ordered everything from powerpartsplus.com
