So i picked one of these up on sale at WalMart (lol) for $3. Just curious if anyone knows how often/much i should water it? (I couldnt find this info online)...Thanks

Haha i'm down to :ban: Walmart (i've tried before but no one followed :(...so i keep on buying cheap stuff there :Flip: )
So it did come with a little instructions tab but all it says is: "Medium" for the water...thats about as usful as telling me the sun is "kinda" yellow, lol...Still wondering how much water/how often...

Oh dear, there are DOZENS of different butterfly-iris flowers and they all have significant differences. I'm assuming you have the one in the picture?

Most of them are from the hottest, driest and sunniest places in Africa. This flower is tougher than it looks. They're resistant to sunburning and drought.

Add enough water to make the soil over-damp once every two days. Leave it to get bone-dry each time. In the end, you'll end up using MEDIUM amounts of water.
