Can't get at throttle cable - behind the frame

Hi all

I am trying to get at my trottle cable, so I can take out the restrictor

But the only problem is it is behind the frame, and there does not apear to be any way to get to it.

Any ideas about what to do, I tried taking off the tank but still can't get close enough

Was thinking I might need to lower the engine to get at it
