Any issues with premature clutch wear after extended use of these modified parts? Stock clutch action on the FZ6 is the worst I've ever sampled, so I am definitely interested, but it makes me wonder why Yamaha didn't design these components this way from the start.

Is anyone using these parts with an FZ1 handlebar? Any issues there? I wouldn't think so, but even small changes in cable routing can make a difference...

Cable routing is not affected. There is no extra wear on the cable because I also modify the hanger to point straight.

I have much wider bars than the FZ1 bars and I have no problem.

Yeah, that will work fine. I'll probably make an initial run from what I have and then a second run.

Unfortunately I lost my hard drive this week (a nice 120g solid state drive too ) and I think the part drawing was on it. I'm going to go through my backups, but if I can't find it I'll just draw it again. It shouldn't be too big a deal. Then it will just be up to calling the waterjet people and have them cut me a bunch of them, ordering stuff from mcmaster, etc. I'll do as much as I can before the end of the week.
