Man I hate to hear it!!!!! I'm still a year or so away from getting my first bike (which probably wouldn't be the FZ) and then another year or so until I upgraded to the FZ.

Well, if they make the FZ like they make these then maybe I can buy a junker and get it restored: ;)

It was built in 1953 and is still running strong (with heavy doses of TLC)

Well, they say that they are going to phase out the Fazer family which includes the legendary FZ1 which does not make sense. But there is not a huge hole really. There will be approx. jumps of 50 bhp instead of 20 bhp from FZ6R (78) -> FZ6 (98) -> R6S (108) -> R6 (133) -> FZ1 (150) -> R1 (187)
