front brakes stucked

i just got fz6, while i was chaning front wheel i moved mine biked, but before i install brake calipers back on i moved mine bike, in touch press brakes, so front brakes are stucked now, can some one told me how to relese it? if there is some simple solution maybe,

I could be wrong but, get ready to crack the bleeder screw(use same method for a normal brake bleed), gently without damaging the brake pads, pry them apart, I wouldn't recommend the removing the reservoir cap unless you absolutely need to...

Now that you opened the bleeder air may have gotten in the line so it might be good to bleed the brakes with new brake fluid. That way you will know the air is out and it's good to have fresh fluid.

Also, in the future, you can just put the pads back in the caliber and the force them out evenly with a screwdriver, tire tool, etc. If your just going to refit the same pads, you don't need to remove any fluid or crack the bleeder screw. The pads/pistons will push back in unless you have a bunch of grime/crap in there.. Some brake cleaner before pushing them back in the bore would be a good idea..

If your putting in new pads, you'll have to push the pads/pistons ALL THE WAY OUT for clearance. You'll probably have to remove some fluid from the master cylinder (you won't have to bleed them then)... Go slow or it may squirt out and make a mess/not good for paint, etc...

Yup. Just push them back using a flathead screwdriver.
Don't use the point to jab the brake pads, though. Be careful to not scrape it all up in there or remove a chunk of the pads. I use a wrench that's the same width as my rotor and pry it open some more. I know that if there is enough space for the wrench, the pads will clear my rotors.

As far as crap that's on the pistons. Go ahead and stick some wood between the pads while your wheels are off. Then squeeze the lever so your pistons go beyond the seals more than normal. Get some car soap and a brush and scrub your caliper pistons to remove the dirt and brake dust that's accumulated around the pistons and seals. Don't go crazy trying to clean it. I use some covers to old encyclopedias to stick in between the pads. Then I pry it open as I described in the previous paragraph.

I heard bad things about getting brake cleaner on the seals, so I only use brake cleaner on my rotors. Could be an urban legend, like wd40 and chains.....

It's good preventative maintenance to clean the crap around the pistons.
Track junkies like to do this. It should help prevent a stuck caliper piston.
