Welcome to the forum, Please post some pictures of your bike.
Are you using the FZ6 fuel pump and wiring loom?

If you could also post some pictures off what you are trying to connect that would be really helpful.

You will get some answers here but a little more information is required.,

Good luck
Nelly

Sorry I forgot to mention the spark plugs are NGK CR9EK

Nelly

This may not be applicable but the temps in a sand rail/Raptor might be a bit hotter as it likely has less air flow and is totally dependent on the Radiator and cooling fan(s). Might need a colder plug????

Also: If it was a 300cc Raptor it's gonna need a bigger radiator to displace 600cc worth of combustion heat. . . .

Isn't it fun to speculate!!!! :spank:

Look here, in the final pages of the service manuals there are electrical schematics. That should help you out.

As for the fuel lines, don't be tricked by the Air Induction System (AIS) hardware. It can be plugged and the valves (reeds) blocked off. Look in the manuals and use the search function for AIS. Most with after market exhaust block this off.

haha - oppsee - forgot the link. . .
