Fz6 intermittent death when cold

Hey boys, my bike has been having a weird problem. It starts fine but when I set off after about a min idling in neutral it either stalls when i put it in gear or at the first stop when i clutch in and almost at a stop. When it dies the dash restarts and the fuel pump primes again. This is weird bcos if it was the side stand switch it wouldn't be like as if the key was cycled in and off. This is also super random, most days it's fine and somedays it cuts out between 1-3 times within the first 1km. All the time it dies, the dash shuts off and comes back on within 3 seconds with the needle sweeping through and the fuel pump going off. Any ideas?

Check the tightness of your battery terminals and also where the wires attach to.

Possible detached wire on the ignition switch or broken wire in the harness at the steering.
