It's a shad rack
The scorpion was sold about a month ago. Everything is powder coated flat black except the gas cap piece. I would have powder coated it too but I didn't want to damage it while powder coating so I just taped and spray painted. It won't last as long as powder coating but when it start to fade, I'll just spend $4 and paint it again.
