Hail in Los Angeles, Jan. 22, 2010 .. at noon time

I think that its very rare wheather around here.
Today, while I was taking rest I got hail from the sky.
It's noon time here in Los Angeles... strange ha ha ha
Never had this kind of it at day time since I've lived in.

I rushed to get camera, but all were already melt down,
but one (seems was big one, still in bean size) on my bike cover.

Yeah we got it good down here in S.D. Like the size of small peas. It was wind driven against the building and I thought it was going to break some glass.
 
Yup. We're lucky here too in that hail stones are only about the size of your average index finger nail.

Queensland on the other hand can get some rippers dropping out of the sky. Ruin whole crops of cars at the car yards (and we're talking the oldschool tough real metal cars). Golfball size and bigger:eek:.
