Stoner to win, Lorenzo second, Pedrosa, a fading third, followed by simoncelli, Dovizioso 5th, Rossi using all his guile to come home 6th....he still has no chance of fighting for a podium.....shoulder and that donkey bike will prevent him from getting any higher up, unless Pedrosa has an epic fail, or Simoncelli, or Dovizioso trip over each other.....

Anybody watch FP2? At around 41:40 into the practice, an odd moment between Rossi and Jorge overtaking each other. It's like they were confused with what the other was trying to do. I had to laugh.

John Hopkins isn't doing so bad being on a MotoGP bike for the first time in years. He really leans that thing.

Another race in Spain so Pedrosa picks up a bit.

I'm tipping Pedrosa to come off early Stoner FTW, followed a day or two later by Lorenzo, then Simoncelli, then Dovi, Then Spies. Then rounding out the top 6 the first of the Ducatis (it's a wonder they don't make an "EEYORE" noise when they start up):BLAA:.

Some quick laps in deteriorating conditions.

Quite a few dropped bikes... Our mate Randy, Edwards, Spies, Aoyama, Rossi.. and Stoner ran on at turn one going too hot on his last chance lap.... Not that he needed it.

Great effort by Spies to get 4th, and super effort by Hopper after 2 years away from bikes. Whoregay must be spitting chips, getting beaten by 3/1000th's and pushed back to 3rd on the grid.

As for Rossi... Wonder if he still thinks Casey wasn't riding the Duc hard enough last year??? I mean, if a 9 time world champion can't keep it on the track!!!!! :Flip: :Flip:

It has been obvious ever since Casey jumped on the Ducati, and was waaaay faster than anyone else on the donkey bike, that he has a special talent for getting the best out of a bike...no matter what.

Casey was very good, he was trying quite hard, hence the off, so that must give the others hope. Rossi is going backwards at the moment. Lorenzo is impressive, he is fighting for another championship, still think as the season goes on he is going to be the one to beat.

Pleased with Cal, he seems to be fitting right in. :Flash:
