Thanks Rob (rsw81) for the car! I am stoked about it... my commute just got a lot funner!

I would just say you like blue.... lil confused where the dork part comes in.. I don't see any glasses with tape on them... or a pocket protector... o wait thats a nerd... lol

Hmmm.... dictionary.com......
dork /dɔrk/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [dawrk] Show IPA
–noun Slang.
1. a stupid or ridiculous person; jerk; nerd.
2. Vulgar. *****.

While I take it that this is just good-natured ribbing from your better-half, you can always remind her that she married a dork.

I would say that she can call you a dork as much as she likes.....as long as she isnt asking you to get rid of your toys...including the track bike!

Well when our options are dwindiling... j/k Nice rides. The dork probably came in when you walked in with a goofy grin on your face showing off your photography skillz. I am sure it was affection.:D

"Dork" because I actually moved the second car to make room in the driveway, pulled the bike out of the garage, and took a picture of my color matching toys... I think I do qualify indeed :D
It was all in good fun of course... she knows me by now!

Whats your point :D

:Flip: the real point was to show off my new car of course! :D

Nice rides Dave! What year is the RSX and is it a Type-S?

Thanks bro!
2004, Type S, 70k miles, still got 2y/30k miles of warranty.

Indeed it was! She laughed even more this morning when I installed my Ferrari (I kid you not) baby car seat on the rear seat of the Acura :cheer:

We went on a ride in the RSX yesterday and I was showing Leah how powerful the car was by hitting the vtec a couple of times in 1st and 2nd gear, and Juliette started shouting: "toboggan!!! toboggan!!", which is the french term for a "slide", as in:

We had a good laugh out of that! She loves the RSX's power!

Juliette is a beautiful little girl and she's growing up fast. Cherish the moments.

Everytime we get ready to go somewhere I'll ask the boys what they want to ride in, the Ridgeline or the Si? The little one, he's 5, always wants to take the Si. I've said it before, but I think I'll say it again, That car is an absolute pleasure to drive. The way it corners is unbelievable for a factory car. Get a curvy road, keep it in the Vtec and it's almost as fun as the Tuono. Nothing like hitting the curves and the traction control kicking in because you're sliding around them.

I can honostly say I don't think I will ever get rid of my Si, unless maybe someday I'll upgrade to an NSX.

Thanks Clay, I appreciate it... I do cherish the moments but you are right when you mention that she's growing fast! It's unbelievable! She was just born and she's 21 months old already... nuts! :D Can't wait to meet the little sister, who's due mid-September :cheer:

If you're a dork, David, then I certainly am a nerd... Here's the original bike/car photo shoot!

BTW, I miss that car dearly, but love my Street Triple R even more!!

Cali_Rider + a friend of mine who was visiting from out of State for the weekend went through some twisties this weekend in the Angeles Crest National Forest, and WOW!!! I had almost as much fun going through twisties in the RSX as I usually have on the bike! Awesome!

That car handles almost like a Go Kart! :cheer:

Oh, and Cali_Rider is just as fast in the car as he is on the bike :D

Here are a few pics:

The few "small" antennas on top of Mount Wilson (could not find the Observatory)... it looked very "startrek" up there:
