Less than a week now!!!!

I might be able to head to Jacksonville Friday afternoon...

Well, I was able to pull it off. I'll be attending this event.

Earlier today, on my way to Jacksonville, at Flinns (Flagler).

After about 380 miles I'm back home (we came back yesterday).

What a great trip, my partner and I had an awesome time. The weather was wonderful and what a great cause and touching event.

This trip was the "first" for me in many categories:
Overnight trip on the bike
Over 200 miles trip
Police escorted ride
Ride for kids

Regarding the event, this year participation (less than 50 motorcycles) was maybe half of what it was last year (as I was told) but the amount of money raised ($16K +) was a little bit more than last year.

Check out the ride for kids website and try to make it to any of those rides, they give away a Honda motorcycle on each ride (as I found out yesterday) but I did not win it this time.

I'll try to make the next one in Florida later this year (Tampa bay, November the 6th)
