Hello I apologize for my bad manners but this Is not my 1st language.
I have the problem that I describe in the title + side kickstand always on even if i short It and when I switch ignition the bike says 33 & 34 (bad coils)(coils are fine). Goes without saying the bike does not start when cranking. I finished the ideas if you good man and women can come to my rescue I Will be the happiest camper please.

Check the ECU pins for oxidation
I have checked. Then the ECU looks nice, I've pushed back a bit all the receiver pins on the harness side Just to check if any change could happen also no signs of life, I think its broken and got in touch with some guys in Milan that Say that they fix ECUs and do It for cheap meanwhile I tought I better check if anyone could remember a similar breakdown and help me fix It.
Maybe.

Where did you short the pins?
1) At the kickstand plug
or
2) at the wire loom harness plug that gets into the ECU?

If you didn't already, try 2) as if the wire is broken somewhere along the way from the switch to the ECU doing 1) will have no effect.

If 2) is still unsuccessful that indeed only leaves the ECU

I Just shorted the circuit pretending the switch was broken.
Then watching the manual I've found out the pins of the ECU that I should try shorting are Number 13 and 30.
Do you know a safe practice? I think i have found this two on the ECU It Is a Yellow and a black both marked then I haven't done anymore.

Safest would probably be to "depin"- remove the pins from the plug, there's plenty youtube videos for that, and then short through the plug. Never done this though.

What I've actually done before is carefully stick some cheap Chinese (thin) multimeter probes behind the wires. There are also specialty probes for this, google "automotive back probe pins"- but I've always forgotten to buy them before actually needing them...

The clutch switch and side stand switch pass through a diode network in a module called the 'starter interrupt- cut off relay assembly' You might do tests via the service manual before looking at the ECU.

A history of the bike might be helpful.
Was the bike running recently? What is static voltage of the battery. Has this bike been stolen or attempted stolen. Coils can read good when testing with a meter but have intermittent failure during operation at temperature. You may have a switching transistor in the ECU for that coil that has failed.

Here is an error code list.

The bike was bought for me to fix. Since its owner passed no one used It for almost a year and there are no signs of attempted theft. The battery is working fine reads 12.5 v
I can start the engine on starter spray, thats It.
Maybe if i could trick the fuel relay to work It will make It.

You can make the fuel pump and injection work but you will be bypassing safety protocol.
Do you have a neutral safety light when the bike is in neutral?

Okay. There is a module called the "starter interrupt- cut off relay" It has 2 relays. One relay is for the starter circuit and one relay is for the fuel pump/injection.
Since it sounds like you have spark and starter spray has fires the engine, you may not have fuel.

When you turn the key on, do you hear the fuel pump prime?

I'll post the pictures soon so we can see the proper relay that needs bypassing.
The used harness i Just bought arrived today, if that doesn't work and the errors stay the same then It must be the ECU

If I remember correctly, the relay assembly I refer to is under the left side plastic pod on the side of the bike, below the seat. It is a single sealed unit that houses the 2 relays.
It has a 16 pin plug.
The reason I've asked previously about the fuel pump priming is to establish there is power going to the module so that you can eliminate a possible blown fuse, that passes power to that control module. Does the fuel pump turn on, at any time, when you turn the key on?
Do you have a multimeter or a 12 volt test light?

The ECU was malfunctioning.
I found a used one and wouldnt Just plug and play.
So I managed to make It start.
So the bike Is working with a new ECU and antenna but some times showing me error 33 and 64.
Do you know how the Main ignition comunicates with the antenna?
