I was wondering why we have to register for each sister site. if they are sisters why not have integrated accounts?

Speaking from personal forum setup experience I can tell you that it would be a pain to set up. While the forums may be on the same server, they are completely separate in terms of installation. Each has its own database (including security part).
The only way to do it cleanly (have your ID work in all forums and maintain same reputation and post counts, etc) would be to just have different sections for each bike (FZ1, FZ6, etc) in one forum installation. I would then use subdomain names to direct all to same forum. Too late for that now though.
Of course I could be entirely wrong too

Thats how SBN was set up,I always thought it was a bit messy.
