I pre-ordered a new helmet model from Nolan through Revzilla. They called me when they had it in stock to let me know they would be shipping it. UPS screwed up the tracking and "Joe" at Revzilla made sure that I got the product by staying in touch and tracing the package for me.. He would have expedited a new helmet if the original got lost, but thankfully it did not.
