This is so cool! I've been wondering about doing the exact same thing, so it's great that you can show the way:thumbup:

Are you going to attach a butt pad like on a moto GP bike?

Looking really good. Awesome to have a one of a kind mod like this!
Keep up the god work!

Not sure about the butt pad yet. If it will make it look better and I can figure out a good way to make and attach one, I will.

Just like to mention as everyone else has.... Great job and it's always fun to do it yourself... However, you took it to the next level!

What's next, chin cowl? How about possibly a different style windshield... lol

I appreciate all the comments. The main thing I'm hoping is that the shape turns out looking good. It seems kind of plain right now. It might need some fins or some other detail.

So, when it is done and smooth, will you be making a casting and create more of them for sale here? :D

+1 on this! I don't plan on having any passengers in the near future so wouldn't mind getting one. Can't wait to see what the finished product looks like!

Yeah, it would be cool to make a mold for these, if it looks cool enough. If it doesn't, I might think about re-doing a stock seat with a permanent cowl. Something that would look more like an ss bike.

More progress. Blocked out the bondo. 2nd pic is after metal glaze and more sanding. Almost ready for primer. :steve:
