Norm, that was awesome. :thumbup: I think i agree with everything said here. Just going out for a ride alone gives you that sense of your different from everybody else on the road. That is where i get that feeling. I think that when i kick my leg over my bike and start the engine, i feel different that starting a car. I feel like i have something that is worth being happy for. freedom from the blandness. it is all in the expierence of getting up in the morning and thinking " it is a good day to ride" or "damn the weather sucks i dont get to ride today." I think the best part of riding the bike are seeing the kid next to you wave and think of me as someone he wants to be when he grows up. The best part is seeing a guy with his wife in a minivan, as he just stares (we all know he is thinking) and wishes he could be out there, instead of in that minivan.
