Turn Signal stuck on Solid right side front and back.

I purchased one of these last year and it has worked great. ELFR-1 DOT Flasher Relay

Last week one side front and back turn signal stays on solid, will not flash, right side works fine, I have checked and double checked the wiring and it is all good.
Funny thing is it does not do it all the time. Some times I can just turn the key on/off and it will be fine but mostly not.

Could it be possible the ELFR-1 DOT Flasher Relay is not working right? Has anyone ever had this problem? I am at a loss and it is driving me nuts, the turn signal wont work on that side when it is solid, the turn signal indicator light stays on and when it is like this the hazards wont flash

I just reach down and unplug the front flasher for that side when it does that. I've heard it does that because there isn't enough load, but why pulling the only load in the system fixes it is beyond me. Jiggling the connector for the front flasher fixes it sometimes too.
