Track days/exotica/everyday use just because i can??
Benelli TNT Cafe Racer:
Cruising around town w/ the woman: Lamborghini Diablo SV
Cruising backroads/adventuring:
Obvious choice really, the Super Ten!!
Cruising around the country (here's where we make a small dent in the inheritance) A mustang.... no not the one with 4 wheels.... the one with 3
Others on the list FZ1, FZ6 ZX14 (busa can blow me) Z1000, basically anything thing you see in the "tags" section on craigslist for a NYC listing
Also i'd build a dirtbike track (maybe multiples) and a superbike track featuring all the great sections of the worlds great tracks...and another lame one that i'd design
