I'd been making rumbling sounds about this a while back, and I want to gauge interest.
Would forum members be interested in getting together at my house for a technical session?
The idea is that we put a bike up on the lift in my garage and learn about it. This would be a time to do TB synchs, oil changes, brake bleeding, etc.
After working on the bikes, grilled dead animals and beer would be consumed.
The BMW airheads group does this sort of thing a lot, and it seems to work well. The goal is to educate, as well as to let some owners take care of repair or maintainance that they don't have the tools or skills to handle themselves.
I'm thinking that this would happen sometime after June 1.
Who's interested?
What would you like to learn at a tech day?
What can you teach at a tech day?
