Pull the swing arm and shock. Clean and regrease the swingarm bearings and Lower shock bearing. I do it every winter.

well, between me being sick and my daughter being sick, it has taken a long time to get going on this.

Yeah, i am pretty excited about them, during my track day last summer, the brakes seemed to get spongy as the day went on. I will be sure to post up the results when i put them on...
