So I recently had the edge to ride my bike and it was almost 0° out of course with my bad luck I put the bike down. So now I'm in the middle of doing a streetfighter rebuild on the bike I recently purchased a 7 inch round LED to mount on the front The original bike obviously had to had lights one for Jai'li one for low what I'm wondering is how can I adopt this wiring to the new LED do I just connect the one wire from below and the one wire from the high and share the black ?

An LED works differently than an H4. In an H4 there are separate filaments for the low beam and high beam. Driving both will burn out the bulb in short order due to excessive heat. An LED provides power to half of the elements for low beam and all of the elements for high. Thusly you can wire the LED as you suggested.
