Hey guys... I was hoping someone knew or has taken off the brake calipers. I'm trying to paint them today and would like to remove them to get a better finish.

Thank You guys..

As long as don't remove the line you won't spill fluid.

BUT!! if you don't remove the brake line then you'll be painting very close to the bike. Even with careful masking I'd be weary of that... With that out of they, yeah - it's just two bolts. The wrong ones would just reomove the pads and that's easy enough to remedy.

Speaking of over spray... a funny story about my father in-law:

He wanted to clean the windshield on his car last week. They use some sort of aerosol window cleaner. Well, he accidentally grabbed a can of black spray paint instead. Oops.
