Just another weekend riding video to share with you.

For the canyon lovers.
This was my second time bike-riding on this Little Tujunga Canyon.
Last year >> didn't felt it was hard or scary (did very slow riding ha ha ha)
>> this time >> I felt that road is very hard one.
(tried some speed >> but couldn't do ...wheeee... just did my speed... ha ha ha)

But I got some sceneries on the video.
While riding; as focusing the road, didn't noticed beauty of the surrounding..

Great video! What kind of camera are you using? I want the GOPRO Hero, maybe for Christmas. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the comments.
My new camcorder is Sanyon Xacti CA9, waterproof and has full manul functions (focus and exposure).
There is Non-Waterproof version, and price is very lower than you might think.
I had to choose this one for the winter time; here sourthern california there are some rain....
And good for the Beach Riding >> beach wind/moisture did penertrated in the my last camera lens ... and couldn't be cleaned out.. ha ha ha

I also want to have those GoPro HD too...one of my wish list..

O.K.
Here is another road that I made same day.
Sand Canyon Road, this road is next to the Little Tujunga Rd...
And it was little easier for me.. ha ha ha
Very fun road, I'm sure anybody would like it, even though its short distance.

I took both way because I couldn't sure the light condition for the video...

Hi, there.
Today, I got photos for my new mouter... (semi-final version; seems worked for me without big problems yet)
Don't look graceful.... I may need to some paint or else.
As you noticed, there are string vibration dempers >> it always works well for me to reduce vibraion.

Hey thanks. I thought that road was closed due to the Station fire. Guess I was wrong. Been years since I used to ride there on my Yamaha 350 2-stroke. Want to try it with my FZ6.

My 2nd favorite local road, good ol' Little T! This is the road where I learned to LEAN my bike over, that down hill series of switchbacks is still a little scary!

Did you drill holes in your fairing to mount that? Seriously? I guess it gets the job done, but there are much less destructive options for mounting a camera.

Hi, there.
Thanks for the info., and I actually tried similar places(handle bar) at the very first time when I wanted to mount camera..
Unfortunately, I failed all .... (too much vibration that I had no idea to remove)
Yes, I drilled couple of places... ha ha ha small ....
I cared but I thought these drilled holes dose not effect any mal-effect on the riding...; and it does not hurt for riding at all.
With my test, on the 3 digit speed >> no big vibration at all >> some scratch on the fairing >> but it works for me.
You can see my few seconds of high speed test with this mounting here..
About 2:15 to few seconds on the clip.
(don't tell the police, ha ha ha, please..., I really like FZ6 >> I thought less than 3 digits but when I saw the guage I had to slow down..)

And, my new cam.'s shape is some strange type; doggy shape (gun shape).
So, I had no choice....^^;, hard to make camera stand still without some supoorts by the camera.

P.S.: I wanted to remove the windshied from my video clip too, that's one of the big reason that I had to choose side of bike...

Thanks for the caring bike...^^

nice canyon!
I never been there, but i will try it for sure, maybe after the rain season!
Is it between 210 & 14, close to 118, right?
Nice videos, I like your camera.

Cheers!

I barely watched your videos now and man I gotta say, you're going pretty slow. I'm not fast by any means and perhaps it's because it was only your 2nd time on this road, but I've never ridden that slow on this road or any other like it. Are you going slow because you're scared or because you just want to cruise? If you're looking to cruise, that's not a good road, Bouquet Canyon is great for that. I've honestly never seen anyone go that slow. :shakehead: No offense intended at all, just really wondering.
