I found a website that has the connectors. You just have to solder the wire on to them. http://www.easternbeaver.com/Main/El...onnectors.html and scroll down to the FM090 Terminals (10 males/10 females. For the tab, http://www.easternbeaver.com/Main/El...en_barrel.html and scroll down to Brass .305" Flag Receptacle. I used 18 gauge wire and wished I had used 16 gauge as the 18 is a fair bit smaller than the green wire going into the connector. On a side note, I have 6 of the 090 connectors left and will ship them out to the first people in USA/Can that pm me. They are small enough that I should be able to send them out just with a stamp so this is a free offer.

Here's another source; Metra car stereo harness (AT-WHTY2) for Toyota at the auto parts store. The pins are easy to release from the connector. There are probably 15 of them in the connector so you have a few to practice with. I was able to uncrimp the existing wire and solder my headlight wire in place. It snapped right in to the Yamaha connector.

Also, for anyone having trouble finding the flag connectors, go to your local O'Reillys and have them look in the Borg Warner book in the electrical connector section. It's towards the back, but they can get them. I think it was about 26 cents.

Links didn't work for me either, but yah, they're on the site if you look hard enough, kind of like looking for chocolate easter eggs. Cause they make the bike look "sweet". LOL, thats horrible, but I'm still posting it.

Might check your local electrical store, or a Radio Shack even.

... can I just reiterate how much I love BD43's mod?
