I went to change my spark plugs and this is the old one found in cylinder one. I have taken apart the rest but haven’t pulled the old spark plugs out. The job required more time than I had so the other three will have to wait until tomorrow morning.

Is this rust bad/concerning? I can post pictures of cylinders 2, 3, 4 tomorrow when I take them out.

Looking at it like any spark plug in any other vehicle, it's about normal. It's not good, probably should change more often or do better weather protection, but about normal.
Looking at it on these bikes, there is a tube cover on the wire that pops on like a cap and should keep moisture that would cause that out. Make sure you have them on and seated correctly.

Welcome to our great forum!
Break the remaining plugs loose but don't spin them out right away. Use compressed air blow into the spark plug wells with the plugs still in. Then take them out.
There's a good possibility that water water sat in the wells at on time.
