Great shots and great ideas here. I may do some touring on mine this summer.

My question for the soft bag people out there, How do you all seem to get the bags mounted so well over the HUGE grab rails on this bike.

Does anyone have any pictures showing soft bags and how they are put on over or under the grab rails?

when i had my yamaha sport saddle bags, they just layed over the grab rails. mine were adjustable for length so that helped... there are so many different bags out there, you just need to figure out how much space you need and there will be plenty of recomendations on the site..

On my bike the FZS6 two screens up I put the soft luggage under the seat across the bodywork and then locked it back down- at least that way they cant steal my dirty washing put my waterproofs between the grab rails and bugeed them down and use rubber mesh mats under each thing like th tank bag to protect the paint finish

The bike is sold now and hoping to tour this year now I have the FZ6S2 which was why I asked if anyone used soft luggage with the undeseat exhausts... before I go and melt them to the hot pipes

Round Wales in a weekend later this year- about 600 miles and other stuff planned

This is the latest config for me, minus the Tank bag. I loaded all my work stuff in there and strapped on a new tire the other weekend. Wasn't quite a tour but it did the job.
