Social Groups??

Hey, just a quick question. I created a Social Group for us Sth Aussies, and I noticed we can now put a pic in as an Avatar for the group.

Seeing as I created this one, I thought I would be able to add the pic, but when I try to edit the group, it tells me I don't have permission to do it??

Any ideas?
