Who knew a couple hours without sunscreen would turn out so bad.. No shoes until the swelling goes down!

Anthony....are you riding with flip flops again?!?!? :spank:

Seriously though, OUCH!

try a little Noxzema, it will at least it cool the burn

You caught me.:)

Actually spent the week on the beach. Sat on the beach for for a couple hours yesterday without protection.

  HOLY CRAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thats nasty Anthony :( good luck getting shoes on them feet for a few days...... Lather your feet in Aloe Vera gel it will ease the pain & bath in the hotest water you can handle that will take the sting out of it

Yea, shoes are out for now. I've lathered aloe on and managed to get socks on. They're working as a buffer. :)

OUCH! Been there.. learned long time ago that my skin only has 2 tones: pasty white and boiled-lobster red! SPF 45 when I'm at the beach or outdoors all day.
Aloe soothing cream (green gel stuff) works well for sunburn.. give it a try.

Owwww, that looks really bad Ant  hope it clears up soon.

.........

Me too, unfortunately my daughters have inherited this from me as well. So its lots of sun hats and sunblock whilst on holiday.

+1 on the aloe vera... I believe they make some with painkillers in it too, that stuff works wonders...

Quick search and found name of it cuz was drawing a blank from the memory:
Aloe Vera with Lidocaine... that stuff does the trick!

On a side note i don't burn... hardly ever... i just turn really tan really quickly... I've been accused of going to a tanning salon because i hold a tan in the winter as well :D

Yea, those are my shades as well. Aloe does help alot

Thanks

OUCH!

I'm so glad I don't have fair skin! My wife will burn in 1 hour without sun-block...we have to get her SPF50+ and apply it literally every hour to prevent burn.
