Sync phone recorded audio to Gopro video?!?!?

Guy's any idea how to do this? I can't find anything on the net about it, I can't plug my miq into the gopro because it's stuck in the case. I have my helmet set up with a blutooth miq I just don't understand how to sync the two up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

you'll need to use a video editor and mix in and line up the audio track by hand, and mute the audio track from the video

windows movie maker should be able to do this, on linux I use Kdenlive

As Greg said you need audio/video editing software.

When recording: start recording on gopro, start recording on phone, let it record for second (or five - doesn't matter) and then honk the horn two times. This will let you sync video and audio sources later.
