That's the beauty of Fuel Injection....you can start up and go. If you're concerned about "wear" because the motor's still not at working temperature, then take it easy until the engine does reach working temp.
The notion that an engine has to be warmed up to working temp before moving is a hangover from carburettor days. Anyone who's owned a British 500cc single cylinder bike or a 360 ci Chrysler product will understand that.
A modern Japanese motorcycle engine is a marvel of engineering and can take a lot of punishment. Start up, gear on and go.
