I fitted the genuine Yamaha fly screen and am very pleased with it. it clearly will not take all of the wind off you but its enough to take the sting out of it and allow you to comfortably sit at 100mph (should you so wish). also did a great job in keeping a lot of road crap off me through the UK winter

Hi,

My flyscreen is from DPM: http://www.deprettomoto.com/

Although I live in the Netherlands I ordered it from KC-Engineering : a german shop for special parts and gadgets.

http://www.kc-engineering.de/

They were so nice to order it and deliver it to the Netherlands, so why wouldn't they do it to Norway?

A great feature also are the DPM fork-adjusters.... a great difference for the stock front fork!

Thanks for answer

I´m looking for something to take some of the wind off. Not too big or not the smallest one. I don´t expect that a windshield can reduce all the wind, but reduce it some.

So a small fairing with windscreen, sounds good.

Thats on the picutes above is too small, thanks anyway Dutch:)

Have you picture of the Yamaha fly screen, or a link to the product, Nakedj

OK,- maybe it's just me not getting you naked dudes, BUT:

Why do you want anything to take the wind of, if you want a naked bike???
Those two just don't go together in my book ...

If you want the comfort of wind shelter, - naked is not the way .....

So I haven't completely missed the "Naked Point" :)
Txh for clarifying.

I was not trying to dish the Naked, or say the Fairing look is better, - IMO that's in the eye of the beholder, - and as bike owners we can exercises our rights to make our own bike look exactly as we please.

I love the fact that no other bike looks like mine, - and I do believe that is part of the driving force for all us modders.

Try the ERMAX nose screen this is nice medium screen
MOTOEVOLUTION

A bit of wobbly video of mine [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dA6QjkyTWnQ]YouTube - FZ6 with Ermax screen and Acerbis handguards fitted[/ame]

I really felt the wind on mine when I first got the bike, anything over 60mph was uncomfortable. The screen has made a real difference, into triple digits (160kph) with no problem.

I've got a Puig screen fitted to mine. I can't tell if it deflects much wind as I use a Crosser helmet.
They're about £80 and are available from lots of retailers. ;)
