Pretty self explanatory, does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with the GoPro chest mount? How adjustable is it height wise?

This looks very interesting, especially to those with a Sena unit--- Prism | Sena Bluetooth Cost is competitive with GoPro and others on the market. If the video quality is close to GoPro then we will have a winner. Jerry
